Supervised and managed a team of 12 nurses in providing nursing care to children with medical complexity and their families across six social services programs within the agency.
Oversaw the recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of experienced, high-quality nurses and the health services clerical and support staff. Standardized these processes to ensure efficient, complete and fair management and evaluation of staff.
Provided direct patient care in an Article 28 clinic to children and adolescents with medical complexity within the child welfare system. This included primary care, sexual and reproductive health care, care coordination and case management.

Developed and implemented new programs to improve patient care including onsite contraceptive dispensing and administration of vaccines.
